WILLIAM and Kate know about the vile speculation over her health and people need to have a look at themselves, an expert has blasted.

Princess Kate made a stunning return to royal duties when she appeared at Trooping the Colour on Saturday.

But she said her appearance does not mean she’s returning to front-line public duty – or mean she’s “out of the woods” amid her cancer treatment.

However, it is a positive step in the right direction after the mum who revealed her diagnosis in February.

Kate’s comeback comes after she was hounded by vile trolls speculating about her absence.

She was eventually forced to ask for privacy in a video message revealing her diagnosis.
