#EUCAYASNET is a patient advocate-led, EU-funded project under one of the flagship initiatives of Europe‘s Beating Cancer Plan to establish the European Network of Youth Cancer Survivors and to create an interactive virtual Platform for peer support and knowledge exchange.

Our webinar, held on 21st May, 2024, was an engaging exploration of Navigating Transitions in Cancer Care for Childhood, Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Survivors. We’ve covered a variety of topics that included:

• Healthcare transition in cancer care (Emma Potter)
• Survivors’ & parents’ experiences (Jaap den Hartogh & Patricia McColgan)
• European Guideline for Transition (Jikke Wams)
