Susanna Reid brought Good Morning Britain to an abrupt halt as she was forced to cut off Michael Flatley.

Susanna, 53, returned to the ITV programme for the third time this week, but was joined by Martin Lewis instead of Adil Ray. The duo spoke to Irish dancer Michael Flatley as his infamous Lord of the Dance show returns to stage.

The 65-year-old addressed his recent battle with cancer, confirming that he is now in remission. He underwent surgery after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer in January 2023.

Michael explained he was feeling “pretty good” and kept a “positive attitude” throughout. He added: “I never entertained the possibility that this could be fatal in any way. I surrendered myself to the Lord and he saw me through this.”
