Sunset sound bathing sessions are new this summer along Little Traverse Bay [Video]

BAY HARBOR, MI – Need a little shoreline Zen in your life? How about finding your bliss with the sounds of Lake Michigan waves in the background?

This summer, Sunset Sound Healing sessions are being offered at The Inn at Bay Harbor. This resort near Petoskey boasts a hotel, cottages, golf courses, restaurants and a spa all tucked along Little Traverse Bay.

On Mondays in July and August, it will offer these unique sound bathing sessions near the water’s edge. They’re meant to be soul-soothing and bring an extra level of relaxation to your Up North vibe.

“Mondays this summer, join us for a unique outdoor Sound Healing experience, held on the Inn’s scenic lakefront lawn,” Inn at Bay Harbor staff said. “Settle in as the waves intermingle with the sound of quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums, along with gently guided mediation and intentional breathing.”
