Strictly Come Dancing star Amy Dowden has shared an exciting update with her fans. The professional ballroom and Latin American dancer from Caerphilly, Wales, is working hard on a new venture as she teased that it was “coming soon” on her Instagram account.

Her new book Dancing In The Rain is due to hit shelves in stores later this year. Posting to her Instagram Stories, Amy shared a picture of her hand over the title page as she added a “coming soon” graphic and captioned it: “Eekkk.”

She previously said that she hopes readers will find “solace and inspiration” in her writing. The 33-year-old put pen to paper as she battled against breast cancer, resulting in her needing a mastectomy and chemotherapy.
