Former Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli has admitted that his friendship with the late Len Goodman “wasn’t perfect”. The Italian dance maestro first appeared on the BBC dance competition during its first episode in 2004.
Speaking on the Kate Thornton podcast, he opened up about the first time he was given the call by BBC bosses to appear as a judge on a new show called Strictly Come Dancing.
He also spoke about the late Len Goodman, who was a fellow judge on the show. He tragically passed away in April 2023 from bone cancer at the age of 78.
