Shania Twain has been pictured in age-defying snaps as the 58-year-old took to the stage after sharing that she had surgery on her throat. The country music legend has recently released her latest album Queen of Me and will be performing at Glastonbury 2024, headlining the Legends Slot.

The singer explained how she prepares for her shows as she told the press: “I am an athlete, I have to breathe, I have to project. I have to pace everything. I only drink fluids all day until after the show. I drink my food, so I blend my food. Lots of blended ­spinach and blueberries.”

However, following her energetic shows, Shania insisted she would “eat whatever” washed down with a “glass of champagne”. She added: “After the show I am ready to chew. I am vegetarian, so I only eat ­vegetarian proteins, but I will eat whatever.
