SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Sanford Fit has collaborated with BeHEARD, as well as Sanford’s mental and behavioral health teams, to help guide teens and caregivers to find support and resources as they face stressors such as academics, athletics, social media and more.
Brittney Nathan, lead program development specialist for Sanford Fit, and Katrina Lien, program development specialist for Sanford Fit, joined us to discuss some resources to help teens and caregivers.
