Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings star Lizzy Musi died on Thursday (June 27) following a battle with Stage 4 triple-negative breast cancer. She was 33.

Her father and co-star Pat Musi broke the news of her passing on Facebook, sharing that Lizzy was “surrounded by her Family, in the comfort of her own home” when she was “called to heaven at 11:25pm tonight,” per E! News.

Pat thanked fans for “all the prayers and support throughout her battle,” and asked for the family to have “time to process, grief and make arrangements in peace.”

“We will give an update as soon as we have information to share,” he concluded.

Hailing from North Carolina, Lizzy had opened up about her diagnosis in an Instagram post on April 21, 2023, informing fans that she had “been Diagnosed with Triple Negative Stage 4 Breast Cancer that [had] moved to [her] lymph nodes to [her] liver.”
