TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A possibly armed man was taken into custody at a Tucson shopping center on Tuesday, May 28.
The Tucson Police Department confirmed it happened at a business on Irvington Road, just east of Interstate 19.
The shopping center was shut down for at least an hour and people were asked to shelter-in-place.
The TPD said the man would go either to the Pima County jail or hospital for mental treatment.
