Penny Lancaster has opened up on her “menopause journey” as she admitted that “crazy” symptoms caused her to lock herself away. But now she has faced the public to address the issue, as she stunned in a beautiful purple dress.

Posting to her Instagram account, the 53-year-old wife of Rod Stewart posed against a bookshelf dressed in a strapless, deep-purple outfit. She matched the dress with some yellow strappy heels as she wore her hair down, loose around her shoulders.
