In this video, you’ll discover how our Peer- to- Peer Support Program connects patients and caregivers with a trained and certified peer who has been down a similar path. Our program offers personalized support through phone or email, available in both English and French. We’ll match you with a peer based on your geographic location and similar experiences, ensuring a supportive connection.
