The Chase star Paul Sinha has revealed one surprising biproduct of his recent weight loss – he wound up costing ITV a lot of money.
The chaser, known as ‘the Sinnerman’ on the show, has been open about his health journey since being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2017 and Parkinson’s in 2019.
Following his diagnosis, Paul took part in the ITV documentary Diabetes: The Fast Fix, during which he reduced his calorie intake to no more than 800 a day.
As a part of his participation in the show, Paul lost two stone, putting his condition into remission.
However, his sudden weight loss had an unintended side effect – and one which proved to be costly for The Chase.
