A Lancaster County judge appointed a temporary receiver to oversee the company that runs Retreat Behavioral Health operations in Pennsylvania, including an Ephrata center.

Conrad said receivership would work to ensure Retreat’s Pennsylvania employees are paid, have insurance coverage and potentially continue the “outstanding services to the community that the Retreat had been able to provide.”
