Nigeria’s HPV Vaccine Drive for Cervical Cancer | Morocco’s Tech Renaissance | Resurgent Africa

Nigeria has launched its largest single-dose nationwide drive to vaccinate women with HPV vaccines in the fight against cervical cancer. The deadly disease is caused by the formation of an infectious tumour in the lowermost part of the uterus. According to the UN, cervical cancer is the third most common form of cancer in Nigeria.
