New outpatient center in St. Charles County will open in October [Video]

O’FALLON, Mo. – SSM Health is opening a new location inside the Streets of Caledonia in O’Fallon, Missouri. Construction is expected to be complete by October 2024. This will be the first freestanding location that is located along the 64/40 corridor in the western part of St. Louis for SSM Health.

This location will house various clinical offerings such as pediatrics, primary care, urgent care and specialty services such as ENT, psychology, dermatology, allergy, nutrition, cardiology, GI, neurology, urology, and dental services.

The 66,000 square-foot destination is an investment to serve St. Charles County residents, one of the fastest-growing counties in Missouri.

Dr. Kristy Haggett, the chief medical officer and vice president of medical affairs for SSM Health St. Jospeh Hospital in St. Charles and Wentzville, says the growth in St. Charles means an increased demand for healthcare services close to home.
