National Survivor Day at Gifts of Hope [Video]

“That is a national event that we’re a part of where people come together to celebrate all the local survivors that have overcome cancer. But it’s also an opportunity to raise awareness that once you’ve completed your treatment, that doesn’t mean that the journey’s over.” said Clint Dickson, executive director of Permian Basin Gifts of Hope.

Steve Escanuelas is a cancer survivor himself and feels the same way.
