Muscle Shoals honors 2 children and their families for finishing 1,000 books before kindergarten | News [Video]

A special honor for two Muscle Shoals children and their families.

Earlier this week, the City Council recognized them for finishing the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program.

The Muscle Shoals Public Library says it is a fun way for children and their parents or caregivers to bond over books.

All parents have to do is read a book with their child and log it in a special app that keeps track for them.
