M&S cheeseburger ‘salad’ isn’t only so-called healthy lunch that’s worse than KFC or McDonald’s – as our test reveals [Video]

SWAPPING that burger for a supermarket salad may seem to be just what the doctor ordered.

But after we revealed M&S’s cheeseburger pasta salad has 262 more calories than a Big Mac and 33g fat compared with the burgers 24g, things may not be so simple.
