Super Size Me filmmaker Morgan Spurlock’s ex-wives — Sara Bernstein and Alex Jamieson — have paid tribute to him following his shock death at age 53.

Spurlock died last Thursday, as confirmed by his family, from complications from cancer, which he’d been battling privately. 

He had finalized his divorce from Bernstein shortly before his death and three years after their March 2021 filing. The former couple wed in 2016 and share eight-year-old son Kallen.

On Sunday, Bernstein thanked the public for their ‘love and support’ and called Spurlock the ‘best daddy ever.’

She included a sweet throwback photo of Spurlock holding a then-baby Kallen while also cuddling up with his and Jamieson’s son Laken, now 17.
