LGBTQIA anti-abuse charity reveals new campaign to shed light on hate crime statistics in Pride Month – [Video]

The UK’s LGBTQIA anti-abuse charity Galop has launched a new campaign to spread awareness about the rise in hate crimes during Pride Month. Last year, Galop saw a 60% increase in LGBTQIA hate crime victims coming to them for support during the Pride season. 

Showcasing this campaign at Outernet in London, the immersive digital campaign features the voices of LGBTQIA celebrities and allies, including Dr Who and Good Omens actor David Tennant, comedian and the voice of I Kissed A Girl, Charley Marlowe, West End hit My Son’s A Queer actor, Rob Madge, and former Holby City and Coronation Street star, Charlie Condou.

The public can see this immersive digital experience from 14-30 June.
