NEW YORK — The Yankees dodged a nightmare scenario on Tuesday night when the results of Aaron Judge’s X-rays and CT scan came back negative.

No fracture in the superstar’s left hand after he was plunked by a 94.1-mph fastball from Orioles right-hander Albert Suárez.

A sigh of relief.

But that doesn’t mean Judge will be back in the batter’s box right away.

He’s out of the starting lineup on Wednesday night against the Orioles and might sit for at least a few more days as well.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone called it a day-to-day situation on Wednesday afternoon. Judge was “close” to playing on Wednesday, Boone said, but he’s still “pretty sore” in his left hand.
