Lancaster County, CenterPointe and Region V partner on program to help kids and families in crisis [Video]

Many smiles and thanks were tossed around Friday morning at CenterPointe’s Campus for Health and Wellbeing.

The reason: The temporary space for a new program meant to help children and families in crisis was unveiled to the public.

Reneé Dozier, Region V director of children and family behavior health services, said SquareOne is a new program that has been more than a decade in the making.

The program is a partnership between Lancaster County, Region V and CenterPointe. SquareOne will assess those in crisis to learn how they may be helped, provide mental health outpatient programs, crisis response and community …
