Kourtney Kardashian Barker is sharing the foods she swears by while breastfeeding.

In a new article on her lifestyle website, Poosh, Kardashian Barker’s nutrition specialist, Leona West Fox, shared the list of foods she instructed the star to eat while breastfeeding her 5-month-old son, Rocky Thirteen, whom she shares with husband Travis Barker.

According to the nutrition specialist, the foods she provided Kardashian Barker, 44, with “support maximum milk supply and your recovery” after childbirth.

Fox separated the recommended foods and ingredients into categories, beginning with grains, which she said are the “ultimate galactagogue,” or food that is believed to support milk production.

She recommended eating amaranth, barley, congees, millet, oats and rice, particularly “for the first six weeks while establishing your milk supply.”
