This is the wonderful moment an 11-year-old girl’s siblings found out she was free from stage four ovarian cancer.
‘I’m coming home tonight,’ Tirion told them over the phone, on a call made from her hospital bed to her family’s home in the Sutherland Shire, in Sydney‘s south.
‘Is the cancer all gone?’ one of her brothers asked.
‘Yeah,’ Tirion replied, which was met with loud cheers from the siblings gathered around a mobile placed on a table on speaker phone.
Their ecstatic relief came after she fought the deadly disease for almost six months.
