RACHAEL BLACKMORE will play a central role when Hurling for Cancer Research returns to Netwatch Cullen Park.
The annual charity game will take place at the home of Carlow GAA on Monday, August 12 with a host of big names to be involved.
Cheltenham star jockey Rachael Blackmore will be amongst these, and will be joined by Kerry footballer Paudie Clifford, and Dublin duo Con O’Callaghan and Ciaran Kilkenny.
Kilkenny hurling legend TJ Reid will also play a starring role, along with GAA pundits Ursula Jacob and Cora Staunton.
Hurling for Cancer Research was set up in 2011 by leading racehorse trainer, Jim Bolger and Dancing with the Stars champion jockey, Davy Russell.
