A GARDENING fan has revealed which plants are best to keep in your bathroom.

She shared the top humidity-loving greenery that is best for the indoor space, including a popular choice that also has skincare benefits.

Contura lifestyle expert Catharina Björkman called growing plants at home “one of life’s simple pleasures.”

“Growing plants can help purify and improve air quality, reduce stress, boost mood, and even encourage healthy eating,” she said.

Björkman said spider plants are among the most popular houseplants and “do particularly well” when grown in a bathroom.

She said they are easy to care for, have air-purifying qualities, and are both pet and child-friendly.
