Leaves On A Stream is a gentle meditation with soothing water sounds that will help you practice observing your thoughts without attaching to any particular one. Over time, training in mindfulness will help you release judgment, worry, over-thinking, and allow you to observe your mind with curiosity and compassion. This approach is especially beneficial for individuals with chronic anxiety, depression, and complex PTSD or trauma related symptoms. Mindfulness is very helpful for demonstrating that thoughts are not actually who we are and that letting go of negative ones can reduce emotional suffering. I like to think of mindfulness as “Jedi mind training”! 🙂
