First off, it’s important to understand that there are over 150 different types of HPV out there, and 13 of these types are associated with an increased risk of cancer.

But here’s the thing – your body has the power to clear the HPV virus. A study from 2013 showed that 90% of people clear the virus within two years of being exposed.
