Feelings Need Check-Ups Too Event – Erie News Now [Video]

All this week, Erie News Now been focusing on things you can do to safeguard your mental health and that of your loved ones.

Saturday night it was all about the caregivers. A non-profit called Teen Express International hosted an event at the Bayfront Convention Center called “Feelings Need Checkups, too”.

The goal was to bring awareness to mental health and to offer information on resources available to caregivers. 

One of those resources there to help was LECOM Behavioral Health.
