Fast-tracked cancer drugs prove ineffective, study finds [Video]

The FDA’s accelerated approval program has helped bring several cancer treatments quickly to the market, but a new study found that about half of these fast-tracked drugs are not actually helping or improving quality of life. Dr. Celine Gounder, editor at large for public health at KFF, joined CBS News to discuss the report.
