Try this tutorial to activate your eye and vision center reflexes to release stress & inflammation and promote balance & healing.
1. Begin by massaging the tops of your feet with your favourite toxin-free cream or oil. Remember to breathe!
2. Locate the Eye & Vision Center Reflexes on the top on the 2nd & 3rd toes between the nail bed and the first joint and on the bottom of the 2nd & 3rd toes on the first joint.
3. To activate the Eye Reflexes, place your thumb & pointer finger on the top & bottom reflexes and press in between your fingers 3x on both toes. Repeat on the other foot!
