I was having one of those lazy days but instead of ordering door dash, I made these easy keto recipes that are high in protein. I show you how to make a “tater tot” breakfast bowl, lemongrass chicken and noodles and dessert!

Tater Tot Breakfast Bowl
4 slices bacon, cooked
3 cauliflower tots, broken up
3/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Lemon Grass Chicken & Noodles
–Chicken Marinade—
6 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 teaspoons lemongrass paste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon sugar-free sweetener

Add everything to a bowl with the chicken and let marinade for 30-60 minutes. Then air fry the chicken at 375 degrees F for 8-9 minutes or until cooked through. Or bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.

–Sauce & Noodles–
1/4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar-free sweetener
1/2 teaspoon arrowroot powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 package of Miracle Noodles

Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside. Add sliced cooked chicken, carrot and cucumbers to the skillet. Pour in the sauce. Let cook until thickened. Stir in green onion.

Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup macadamia nut milk (or any nut milk)
1/2 cup blueberries
1 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener
1 scoop unflavored low-carb protein powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Blend everything until smooth. Then pour in Ninja Creami containers to freezer for 24 hours. Use the lite icecream function twice on the mixer. Can also make in a regular ice cream maker right away.
