Police have identified the driver killed in a crash last week in Piscataway as a 70-year-old resident of South Plainfield.
Carmella Green was driving on Mountain Avenue at about 1:40 p.m. Thursday when her vehicle left the road and struck multiple trees, authorities said.
Green died of her injuries at an area hospital, Deputy Chief Michelle Pilch said.
