Dermatologists in Boardman seeking participants for clinical trials [Video]

Advanced Dermatology and Optima Research in Boardman are conducting studies to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of new treatments and medications for various skin conditions.

“Psoriasis, eczema, hidradenitis suppurativa, male pattern baldness or androgenetic alopecia, and prurigo nodularis.” Sarah Marlinski, Optima Research nurse practitioner told 21 News. 

As the leading research group for dermatology, medical professionals at Optima Research said participating in their free clinical trials not only provides access to potentially life-changing treatments, but also contributes to the development of new therapies for a variety of skin diseases. 

Eligible participants must be at least 18 years of age and will be compensated for their time. The financial payment granted to each participant varies.
