Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 2 cups 100% unsweetened coconut milk (high quality boxed or canned)
  • 3 tbsp butter
