Children exposed to hepatitis C, HIV in unconsented trials, UK [Video]

A clinical study subjected children with blood clotting disorders, such as hemophilia, to participate in medical trials over 15 years without consent, BBC uncovered. 

Documents seen by the BBC revealed that the trials involved hundreds of people who were infected with hepatitis C and HIV.

A victim told the BBC that he was treated like a “guinea pig.”

Furthermore, the parents of children who were subjected to trials had not consented to the participation, and now most of those children have passed away.
