Charlie’s Testicular Cancer Story [Video]

It’s testicular cancer awareness month, and Charlie’s story highlights the importance of self-screening and awareness of this rare and very treatable form of cancer. You would not expect someone of Charlie’s young age to be fighting any form of cancer, but such is the unpredictable and insidious nature of testicular cancer. Fortunately, Charlie had the presence of mind to understand that something didn’t feel right with. He did not experience any pain, but the firmness of one of his testicles. made it clear that something was wrong. Charlie also reminds us of the importance of specialized urologic care.
