Certified gluten-free restaurant opens in Niles [Video]

Customers lined up in front of the new BIBIBOP Asian Grill in Niles. The chain is gluten-free certified, meaning it’s considered a 100% gluten-free restaurant. 

The restaurant allows customers to create their own bowls. Some of the options for the bowls include chicken, beef, tofu, veggies and rice.

Even though nearly two million people deal with celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder that makes it difficult to digest gluten, finding a dining option that’s completely gluten free can be a challenge.  

Because all the options are gluten free, some of the customers are willing to travel far just to try the grill.
