Center Point Library continues book sale to help fund programs [Video]

CENTER POINT, Iowa (KCRG) – Saturday, the Friends of the Center Point Library are continuing to sell books for 50 cents a copy to help fund programs at the Center Point Library.

The sale started Friday.

Book lovers can find everything from children’s books to young adult and everything in between all for just 50 cents per book.

The group’s president says all proceeds will go toward helping the library improve its services.

“I think people need to support. Wherever you live, support your library because books are important especially for kids,” said Carolyn Roseberry, president of the Friends of the Library.

The sale will continue Saturday at the Center Point Library from 9 a.m. until 1:00.

The group is also selling CD’s and movies.
