@Cahonasscotland visited the Lennox Town training facility as the team at @CelticFC hosted Cahonas Scotland for an educational session on testicular cancer awareness. @Cahonasscotland , a leading charity dedicated to raising awareness about testicular cancer, provided valuable insights and information to our players and staff.

One of the key takeaways from the session was the importance of open dialogue about health issues that many might find difficult to discuss. As one of our players put it, “The more we speak about it, the more people know about it, and that’s how we can help going forward.” This simple yet powerful statement underscores the necessity of breaking the silence around testicular cancer and encouraging men to be vigilant about their health.

During the talk, it was highlighted that testicular cancer can affect anyone, regardless of their fitness level or lifestyle. Many of u the players were surprised to learn just how common this type of cancer is and that even professional athletes, who are in peak physical condition, are not immune. This information served as a crucial reminder that regular self-checks and prompt medical consultations are essential.
