Cancer patients’ parents make case for medical aid in dying | Cuomo [Video]

Parents Daren and Amy Eilert joined “CUOMO” on Monday to talk about their daughter’s repeated requests for what is called medical aid in dying. Their daughter, Ayla Eilert, died April 2, 2022. She was 24 years old.

“Let’s be compassionate. Let’s start to think about what happens when the medical community can’t resolve pain,” Daren Eilert said.
