Quincee C. shares how she found out she had leukemia. At first, she felt really tired, but she thought it was because she was pregnant. The fatigue continued to get worse and she then noticed bruising on her legs and hands. She was experiencing frequent mouth and gum bleeds too. Fortunately, Quincee already had an appointment with a hematologist. At that appointment, her blood levels were so low she had to have a transfusion. After further testing, Quincee was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She is now a two-time cancer survivor after relapsing.
