Apple Oats for Cancer Recovery (high in protein + EASY)

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 low milk
1 Apple, shredded

175g low fat Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Mix together oatmeal mixture. Mix together yogurt mixture. Layer in container. Chill over night. Enjoy!
