Anderson Baptist continues to honor cancer survivors [Video]

MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) -Anderson Baptist is hosting its Handprints of Hope event to honor cancer survivors.

From Monday until Thursday, cancer survivors can visit the Anderson Cancer Center, choose their favorite paint color, and place a print onto the canvas.

After placing your handprint, you can write your name and the number of years you have been cancer-free.

This is a beautiful moment, one that many people enjoy, as the handprints will hang in the halls of the cancer center.

One survivor says her granddaughter was the greatest gift keeping her going.
