Amanda Holden strips completely naked in Heart FM studio

Amanda Holden posed naked while live on her Heart FM Breakfast show on Monday morning (8 April). The radio presenter has since grabbed the attention of many social media users, with many praising her for “advocating body positivity”.

53-year-old Amanda is no stranger to showing off her physique and regularly participates in Kundalini yoga and body weight workouts to maintain “core strength”. However, she left some fans gobsmacked when she stripped off live on air to sit for a nude portrait.

After his co-host took off her clothes, presenter Jamie Theakston prefaced the segment by saying: “We have transformed the Heart studio into an art studio this morning. Slightly distracting, Amanda’s in the corner of the studio without any clothes on.

“A first for… not for her of course,” the 53-year-old jibed. “But certainly for most of us.”
