After Chemo I Was… [Video]

😞Well that was embarrassing…

After I finished chemo I made a big mistake. I hope if I tell you about it, that you won’t do the same thing.

Everyone told me:

⁉️”Just Give Yourself Time”
⁉️”Eat Healthy and Exercise”
Or the worst of all –

⁉️”This is just your NEW NORMAL”

Unfortunately, I listened to them. And week after month after nearly a year later – I still felt exactly the same. 😭

🍗Anxious about the food I ate
😴Waking up multiple times a night
⚖️20 lbs overweight

Time was not fixing these problems. I got to a point where I was FED UP! I could not live like this anymore.🙅‍♀️

I did not survive cancer to feel like a shell of the person I used to be. This needed to change. There must be something I can do.
