My chemo days were either bad or really bad! It was almost impossible to navigate from the bed to the bath tub some days.

At the time, I didn’t realize how much fuelling your body can make a difference. I need to support my body through targeted nutrition and gentle exercise! Instead of “just eating whatever I wanted.” If I had been more strategic, I could have got through chemo a lot easier and shortened my cancer recovery.
