A Patient’s Point of View | Breast Cancer [Video]

I recently had the honour of speaking in front of a room full of Oncologists, Radiologists, General Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Nurses, Med students and Social workers. I shared my story from a “patient point of view” in hopes to make the cancer journey better for the women who are yet to be diagnosed. 🩷

There were so many other things I could have touched on and probably could have talked for an hour. Everyone has a different experience and all of the survivors I have spoken to have their own stories. I hope that Doctors continue to listen to us, and stay open to learning more on how to help these young women during and after treatment. 🫶🏻
