Today I sit down with my college friend and my sorority’s Sweetheart, Jaylen Omega and we get candid on how we met, going to college together and how we’ve grown up since then. Jaylen is a mental health advocate, YouTuber, actor and so much more so on this Men’s Health Awareness Month I wanted to let Jaylen share his story! It is so cool to see what my friends are up to now, catch up and be able to collaborate with them, especially on projects like this because while we have begun talking about mental health way more openly, there’s still a long way to go!

Men’s Health Awareness Month raises awareness and support of those facing prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health issues because so often men struggle alone. Jaylen and our friend Kylie who was a guest on episode 27. The BTS of Becoming an Actor, Moving to LA + Founding a Mental Health Organization, founded The Mental Health Project Movement and together do such incredible work so go check it out!
